Best apartment in Chelsea for someone new to the city. Small, lots of closet space, air conditioning unit. Newly renovated. Previous tenant was flattened under Murphy bed, killing her instantly, so be careful. Police suspect ex-boyfriend killed her in a crime of passion, but finding his fingerprints on the bed isn’t a huge surprise ;). New hardwood floors and high ceilings. Spacious kitchen area with lots of counter space. Blood stains mostly gone!
